Clinical Social Worker

Mary Cascarelli is a Licensed Social Worker who earned her Master’s in Social Work with a dual title in Infant Mental Health from Wayne State University. With experience in daycare, classroom, and home-based settings, Mary works with children, adolescents, and adults across a variety of life stages and experiences. She strives to create a safe, supportive, and comfortable space where clients feel heard and empowered to work toward growth and healing.

Mary provides holistic, person-centered psychotherapy tailored to each client’s individual needs. She supports clients navigating trauma and post-traumatic stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship and family challenges, parenting concerns, and early childhood development. Using a trauma-informed approach, Mary helps clients process difficult experiences at their own pace while building resilience, self-understanding, and practical tools for navigating everyday life.

With an additional background in Comparative Cultures and Politics, Mary incorporates cultural awareness and identity into her work and values the unique experiences that shape each person. She believes that with the right support and tools, individuals of all ages have the capacity to grow, heal, and create meaningful change.
