Practice flexibly with a generous base play for just 30 billable hours, plus productivity bonuses, bringing many of our Master’s level clinicians into six figures. Very strong support with a very respected medical staff of outstanding nurse practitioners and a child/adult psychiatrist bringing in plentiful referrals. Your patients will be well supported with continuous medical coverage for difficult diagnostic questions, medications, emergencies, on site Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), and ketamine (which we use sparingly). Working on our team you will have the peer support, available expertise and treatment modalities needed to successfully help any mental health client who walks in the door. We have a very experienced and enthusiastic clinical and support team and a wonderful collaborative, low-drama atmosphere.

Compensation is a base salary based on 30 billable hours per week plus a generous bonus for every additional billable hour, without limit. Work as much or as little as you like. Part time and contract arrangements are also possible.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in counseling or a related field

• Licensure as a psychotherapist in the state of Michigan
